Returns and Shipping Policies

RETURNS POLICY

We only accept returns on items that are not true to the descriptions given, or an

item that has been damaged in the mail. We prefer to repair the damaged item over a

direct refund, but will perform a refund if desired. Please see below for repair

options. Returns will only be accepted within 3 days of receiving the item. Please

send an email requesting a return, include a photo of the damage or area of item

that is not as expected, and specify that a return or repair is desired. The buyer

is responsible for return shipping. Once the item has been received we will credit

your account the price of the item.

An item returned for repair will be repaired within 5 business days and shipped back

to buyer free of charge, however the cost to return the item for the repair is the

responsibility of the buyer. Please open and examine your purchase as soon as it

arrives to insure the product is as requested.

SHIPPING

Please allow 2-3 business days for packing and processing, though we’re pretty

excited to get you your order so it will likely be quicker. At this time we only do sipping to the USA.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based

on the information provided by the carrier (USPS our standard carrier) at the moment of shipping.
